As young ones our company is motivated to dream big, and lots of teenagers – including ladies and girls – wish to a profession in technology.

The jump from PhD student to lead researcher may at first seem insurmountable for many women while there are role models at the top tiers of science combating gender bias.

Pupils considering a lifetime career in technology are told that competition for research financing is fierce, giving increase to short-term agreements and work insecurity. This views experts overtime that is working weekends and therefore helps it be harder to ensure success if you’re a lady scientist and mom.

This perspective can keep pupils questioning their future in technology. But there is however an approach to make a fruitful and career that is rewarding science. Our very own stories that are personal this.
